| What a sad state of affairs.  According to the comment at the end, someone isn't telling the truth about the chain of events that took place after the situation was discovered.  It all makes me sick to my stomach.

Maybe it is Indiana. I googled the county and it came up in Ohio. Maybe we need to find someone in Indiana. |
