Jay found this video on YouTube and sent it to me. I don't know why this method wouldn't work for removing any creature form one of those nasty glueboards.

| Don't know if the glues on the insect boards are the same as on the animal glue boards. If so, then it would work. Maybe I should buy one and try it. Thought it was interesting though. |

| That was a good find, Jay. A while back Tanya Tucker had a reality show and her son's snake got caught on something like that and I remember they used cooking oil to help with getting it released. I had completely forgotten about that until I saw this video. If we come across a bird that has been caught on a glue trap, it sure wouldn't hurt to give the cooking oil a try. _________________ Cindy

| I'll let you know if Hoots hand comes out easily with cooking oil. Or maybe I should try his hair to be more realistic? What do you think? |

| You know what would work great...that oil you can spray from a can. That way...it would be easier to control the amount of oil. |

You're right, or pour some into a cheap little spray bottle. |
