Patch, the pigeon-friendly feral cat, has been missing for two months now, after being threatened by a neighbour. She had never left her territory for more than two days, so I believe she has crossed over to the other side.



She was raised in a neighbouring backgarden, with only the feral pigeons for friends, until she started following them when they came to feed on my roof, and gained a human friend too.

She was the gardian of the feral flock, keeping the rowdier seagulls at bay...



... and she was the mother of Bollo and Naboo, the kittens I raised human-friendly and had adopted.



The pigeons and I miss you, Patch! And we will always love you!

So sad to hear that she's missing.
It's terrible not knowing for certain if they're really gone or not. Sending you and Patch lots of love.

That's too bad. Such a pretty cat. I love black cats. It is hard not knowing what happened.

It is sad that after many months, i am visiting PA to post on a topic which breaks my heart :( I remember the picture of Patch sitting on the roof with other pigeons so vividly. She's a precious angel. It makes me very sad and angry to think that humans can stoop to this level threatening and killing these mute helpless souls :((

Dear Patch, you will be missed and remembered forever. Wherever you are, i am sure you are safe and happy, away from all the pain. You are and will be always special for all of us
