I really enjoyed the words of the fellow that said humans could learn alot about relationships by observing Pigeons. I do agree. :idea:

Yes indeed ... I think we can certainly learn about keep it simple from the pigeons

But as for relationships, lucky they can't see the soap opera which is our aviary

That was a very nice news piece about pigeons. It was interesting when the man mentioned communication between pairs. It's something I've noticed in my own birds. And some pairs are better at it than others too LOL just like people. :)

You can say that again. They are just like people. Some of my pairs are so gentle and loving with each other, some seem to argue half the time, and then there are the players, who sneak around at the end of the day. Too much! Some times I feel like I'm watching reruns of Peyton Place! LOL.

I really enjoyed seeing the kids interact with the birds and being shown the proper way to hold the them.

They are definitely a stress reducer for us humans. If I've had a bad day, after about 10 minutes of being around my birds, I feel so much better.
